摘　　要：通过对山西太谷枣所含12种微量元素的分析及与目前正引起广泛关注的几种热点开发野果微量元素含量的比较,指出枣具有较高的营养价值,且安全无毒,为开发山西省枣资源提供了科学依据。Through the analysis on 12 kinds of trace elements in Shanxi jujube and the comparison of the contents of trace elements in several wild fruits that have aroused general concern at present for their development, this paper points out that the jujube possesses higher nutrient value and is safe and innoxious, which provides scientific accordance for Shanxi Province to develop the jujube resources.
