23例鼻咽癌雌、孕激素和雄激素受体检测的初步研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨雌孕激素受体和雄激素受体与鼻咽癌的关系。　方法　对 2 3例鼻咽癌蜡块标本用免疫组化SP法进行测定 ,DAB显色 ,在光镜下计算阳性细胞数。　结果　ER阳性率为 65 2 % (15 /2 3 ) ,PR阳性率为 2 6 1% (6/2 3 ) ,AR阳性率为 5 6 5 % (13 /2 3 )。鼻咽癌ER阳性中组织胞核含量高于胞浆者 11例 ,胞浆含量高于胞核者仅 4例 ;PR阳性中组织胞核含量高于胞浆者和胞浆含量高于胞核者相同 ,都是 3例 ;鼻咽癌AR阳性中组织胞核含量高于胞浆者10例 ,胞浆含量高于胞核者仅 3例。　结论　ER鼻咽癌具在高表达性 ,定位于鼻咽癌组织中的细胞核 ;ER、PR的阳性情况与年龄、性别无关。Objective To discuss the correlation between estrogen and progesterone receptors(ER and PR),androgen receptor (AR)and nosopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) Methods Wax embeded NPC biopsy specimens of 23 cases were examined immunohistochemically with SP method,DAB Coloration,and positive cell numbers were counted under Light microscope Results The positive rates in the 23 cases were 65 2% for ER,26 1% for PR,and 56 5% for AR Among the cases of ER(+),the colored contents of 11 cases were higher in cell nuclei than in cell plasma,and the reverse was only 4 cases Among the cases of PR(+),higher colored contents in cell muclei or in cell plasma were 3 cases each Among AR(+) cases,colored contents of 10 cases were higer in nuclei,and 3 higher in plasma Conclusion NPC is a cancer of high ER expression,and ER is located in cell nuclei of carcer tissue The ER and PR(+) expression in NPC patients did not correlate with age and sex of the patients
