摘　　要：目的　分析吻合器技术在低位直肠癌直肠前切除应用以及对并发症的防治。　方法　随机选取本院低位直肠癌患者 3 9例 ,应用美国CDH圆型吻合器行直肠前切除端端吻合 (Dixon术 )。　结果　 3 9例中无手术死亡 ,术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 (5 1% ) ;吻合口狭窄 3例 (7 7% ) ;术后局部复发 3例 ,其中吻合口复发 1例 ,2例为盆腔复发 ,总的局部复发率为 7 6%。　结论　只要病例选择适当 ,吻合器技术可提高低位直肠癌肛手术成功率。Objective Analyze the application of the inferion rectal cancer anticus rectal excision The superior of the anastomosis applianse technique,prevent and cure complication Methods American CDH circular anastomosis applianse is applied to the anticus rectal two treminations anatomosis (Dixon's) in 39 cases Results No one died in 39 cases Anastomosis incision fistula in 2 cases(5 1%) Incision constriction in 3 cases(7 7%) Topical relapse in 3 cases (incision relapse in 1 case,pelvis relapse in 2 cases) The tolal relapse in 7 6% Conclusion As long as the cases are property selected, the anastomosis appliance technique is applied the retention anus of the inferion rectal cancer,the operation success rate of the retention anus of the inferion rectal cancer can improve It is better than abdomen perineum excision in the rate of exixt and the life quality
