猪油选择性氢化催化剂的研究

摘　　要：本文选用四种不同组成的 Cu-Ni 二元催化剂对猪油选择氢化,使其能代替牛羊油制造香皂.结果表明 Cu 与 Ni 原子比为3∶1的催化剂具有较好的活性和选择性,在研究了该催化剂的耐酸性能和使用寿命后得知,该催化剂在酸价小于1时催化活性高.The lards are hydrogenated by four kinds of Cu.Ni catalyst.The ex-periments show that the catalyst which Cu and Ni is in the atom ratio ofthree to one has more activity and selectivity.We can use the hydrogenlard instead of tallow and sheep fats to make toilet soap.After we studythe acid-resistant and life time of the catalyst,it is indicated that thecatalyst has high activity when acid value is less than 1.
