摘　　要：目的　探讨Tourette综合征 (TS)伴发的行为问题及与抽动严重程度的关系。方法　采用CBCL和YGTSS对 6 9例TS患儿和 6 9例对照组儿童进行评估 ,比较CBCL得分 ,并就TS的抽动严重程度与行为问题的关系进行相关和多元回归分析。结果　TS组社会能力各分量表分及总分低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,TS组存在广泛的行为问题 (P <0 0 1) ;抽动症状严重组的违纪、思维、外向性行为问题和行为问题总分明显高于轻度组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;抽动严重程度与患儿的学校情况和社会能力成负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与社交、思维、注意、违纪、攻击性、外向性和行为问题总分成正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论　TS患儿伴发有广泛的行为问题 。Objective To examine comorbid behavioral problems in Tourettes syndrome(TS) and the relation between severity of tic disorder and comorbid behavioral problems. Methods Sixty nine children with TS and 69 healthy controls were assessed by Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) and Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS). Statistical analysis used compare, correlation and multiple linear regression. Results Scores of social competence subscales and total score of CBCL in TS group were lower than those in control group, and behavioral problems subscales and total scores were higher than in the control group( P <0 01). Children with more severe tic syndrome had higher CBCL Delinquent behavior, Thought problems, Externalizing and Total problems scores than ones with less severe tic syndrome( P <0 05). The severity of tic syndrome was negative correlated with School and Total Competence( P <0 05), and significantly positive correlated with Social problems, Thought problems, Attention problems, Delinquent behavior, Aggressive behavior, Externalizing and Total problems( P <0 01). Conclusions The findings indicate that children with TS had broad behavioral problems, and some behavioral problems were associated with the severity of tic syndrome.
