摘　　要：针对数字图书馆的特点 ,本文分析了在网络数字环境下图书馆馆员的角色 ,为建设数字图书馆、提高馆员素质提供了有益的参考。In light of the characteristics of digital libraries, the paper analyzes the roles of librarians in digital libraries under network digital environment. The paper has provided beneficial reference for constructing digital library and improving librarian's quality in the construction of digital libraries and improvement of staff quality.
