肿瘤患者手术前后T细胞亚群、细胞毒性细胞因子及血浆抑制因子变化

摘　　要：对36名肿瘤患者(含6名良性肿瘤)手术前后的免疫功能进行了动态观察。检测指标包括 T细胞亚群(T3、T4、T8及 OKT4/OKT8)、单个核细胞细胞毒性因子(MCCF)及血浆淋转抑制因子(PLTIF)。结果表明:手术可明显降低 OKT4亚群,并造成 OKT4/OKT8下降,此种效应维持时间较长;术后 MCCF 活性明显增强,反映了手术的治疗作用;手术后 PLTIF 活性有一过性增加,对其性质需作进一步研究。41 tumor patients including 6 benign tumor were inves—tigated for their immune responses following thoractomy.It has been shown that 3 day after operation there were a decreased OKT4 subset and OKT4/OKT8 ratio,an increased MCCF activity and elevated PLTIF activity;14 days after operation OKT4/OKT8 and PLTIF resume to pre—operation levels but MCCFF kept higher level compared with pre—operation.Results shown that the operation on tumor pa-tients may have stressor—like effect,i,e.the immunosuppressive effect,and therapeutic action reflected by elevated MCCF.
