摘　　要：针对我国高校健康教育现状及存在的问题,就健康的完整概念、高校健康教育的内容、高校健康教育的方法和健康教育的改革途径进行了论述,以期全面科学地提高大学生的健康水平。According to the present situation and the existing problems of the college health education of our country, this paper states on the complete concept of health, the content of college health education, the reform channel of college health education in order to raise the health level of college students scientifically.
