摘　　要：目的探讨三种常用的平衡量表在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的相关性。方法对57例患者进行Berg平衡量表(Bergbalancescale,BBS)、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表(balancesubscaleoftheFugl-Meyertest,FM-B)、脑卒中患者姿势评定量表(posturalassessmentscaleforstrokepatients,PASS)、下肢运动功能、ADL能力和步行功能评定。用Pearson相关分析方法来确定BBS、FM-B和PASS之间的相关性;确定BBS、FM-B和PASS与下肢运动功能、ADL能力和步行功能之间的相关性。结果BBS、FM-B和PASS之间呈高度相关(r=0.613—0.766,P<0.001);BBS、FM-B和PASS与下肢运动功能、ADL能力和步行功能之间呈高度相关(r=0.479—0.718,P<0.001)。结论BBS、FM-B和PASS均可以反映脑卒中患者的平衡和功能结局。Objective:To discuss the correlation of three widely used balance scales in stroke patients. Method:Fifty-seven stroke subjects were assessed in this study.These quantitative balance scales were measured by Berg balance scale(BBS)?The balance subscale of the Fugl-Meyer test(FM-B)?Postural assessment scale for stroke patients(PASS) and the function outcome were assessed by Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)?FIM and 10m maximum walking speed(MWS).The level of association between BBS?FM-B and PASS were examined with Pearson′s correlation coefficients. Pearson correlation analysis were conducted to relationship between the three balance scales and FMA ?FIM and MWS.Result:Between BBS?FM-B and PASS were significantly positive relationship(r=0.613-0.766,P<0.001),The BBS?FM-B and PASS were significantly negative related to FMA?FIM and MWS.
