摘 要:用 REBA方法将工作地中人的作业动作因素定量化 ,结合物流因素 ,提出了新的基于人因学的工作地设施布局的优化设计模型 ,综合反映物流优化和人因素优化两个方面 .改进了求解工作地设施布局的遗传算法并应用之对模型求解 .实例研究表明 :利用该模型进行工作地设施布局设计 ,不仅保证作业的高效率 ,同时还能减轻职业性肌肉骨骼损伤的风险 .A new mathematical model is developed for FLP,in which quantitative human factors are incorporated by using the method of REBA. The new model comprehensively reflects the optimization of two sides,material flow and human factors. A genetic algorithm for multi-row facility layout is used to solve the mathematical model,which is also improved by employing new chromosome expression and mutation operator. Other than making the chromosome more reasonable,it also increases the speed of evolution calculation. By using the traditional model of optimizing the material flow and presented one in the paper,the experiment study and the simulation analysis were conducted to a practical problem. The comparative results revealed that the layout made by the new hybrid model can alleviate workload effectively,other than keeping high efficiency.
