论高等中医药职业教育培养目标的特征

摘　　要：培养目标是高等职业教育的核心问题和出发点,它决定了高等中医药职业教育的人才培养模式、人才培养规格和方案,反映了高等中医药职业教育的本质特征和内在要求。本文从研究高等中医药职业教育的特征入手,提出高等中医药职业教育培养目标的特征:高等性、职业性、区域性和社会性。Cu ltivation objective is a core problem and starting point for higher vocational e ducation,which plays a decisive role in talent training mode,talent training sta ndard and project,and reflects fundamental characteristics and requirements of t he vocational education of Chinese medicine.This paper,by doing research on char acteristics of vocational education of Chinese medicine,came up with the charact eristics of cultivation objectives of vocational education of Chinese medicine:n ature of being higher,vocational,regional and social.
