摘  要:目的了解脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶NSE含量动态变化的临床意义。方法脑出血患者80例,正常对照组20名。脑出血患者分别在起病后第1、3、7、14d时采集血标本。采用放射免疫分析法测血清NSE的含量。结果脑出血组各时间血清NSE均高于对照组P<0.001,血清NSE含量与出血量、神经功能缺损评分呈正相关均P<0.05,NSE含量与出血部位无关P>0.05,与预后有关P<0.001。结论测定血清NSE含量,可以了解脑出血患者出血量和预后。Objective To observe the changes of serum levels of neuron -specific enolase (NSE) and its clinical significance in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty cases with intracerebral hemorrhage and 20 healthy subjects were included in the study.Blood samples of patients were taken at d3, d7 and d14 of admission, serum NSE were mearsured by radioimmunoassay. Results Serum NSE levels in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were correlated with hematoma size and neurologic deficit scores(P<0.05), and also related to outcome (P<0.001) but not related to location of hemorrhage(P>0.05). Conclusion The measurement of serum NSE levels is of value in early prediction of outcome in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after acute stroke.
