摘　　要：目的探讨CD44v5的表达与胃癌患者淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用CD44v5鼠抗人单克隆抗体,采用S-P法免疫组织化学技术对胃窦胃癌组织、良性溃疡旁黏膜、慢性浅表性胃炎黏膜CD44v5的表达进行检测。结果8例良性溃疡旁黏膜及13例慢性浅表性胃炎黏膜仅在肠化区有局灶性CD44v5的表达;CD44v5在胃癌患者中的表达率为60.4%,其中在淋巴结转移者为76.9%,高于无淋巴结转移者的40.9%χ2=6.463P<0.05。CD44v5表达率与患者性别及胃癌浸润程度无明显关系。结论CD44v5的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移存在一定关系,但不能作为提示胃癌淋巴结转移的一个独立指标。Objective To study the correlation between the expression of CD44 splicing variant 5 (CD44v5) and the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods One hundred and two formalin-fixed, paraffin-embodied gastric samples were examined for immunohistochemical staining with specific anti-CD44v5 monoclonal antibody by streptavidin-peroxidase method. The samples included 48 cases of gastric carcinoma, 8 gastric mucosa near benign gastric ulcer,13 chronic superficial gastritis. Results In benign diseases CD44v5 was only focally expressed in the mucosa of intestinal metaplasia of 8 cases of gastric ulcer and 13 cases of chronic superficial gastritis. In gastric carcinoma 60.4% cases showed a positive CD44v5 expression however the expression rate was higher in cases with lymph node metastasis(76.9%)than that without lymph node metastasis(40.9%,χ2=6.463,P<0.05). No significant association was found between CD44v5 expression with gender of patients and the infiltrating depth of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion The expression of CD44v5 may be involved in lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma.
