摘　　要：介绍和分析了Digatron(迪卡龙)电动车辆电池测试系统硬件设备EVT 500-500的结构功能和具体操作以及BTS-600电池测试软件的功能和测试程序的编制。结合EVT 500-500和BTS-600对水平铅酸蓄电池12 V/85 Ah进行了电池动态应力(DST)循环工况测试;同时还使用并行数据采集通道跟踪和记录了锂离子蓄电池组在充放电过程中单体电池电压的变化情况。测试结果表明,Digatron电动车辆电池测试系统的可靠性高,功能强,使用方便,能很好地满足电动车辆电池测试的各种要求。The structure, function and operation of Digatron electric vehicle battery test system(BTS) hardware equipment EVT500-500 were introduced and analyzed in detail. The functions and program workout of battery test system(BTS) software BTS-600 were also introduced. Combined EVT500-500 with BTS-600, the DST cycle test of horizon lead-acid battery 12 V/85 Ah was performed. And by using parallel data logger, the single battery voltage curve among Li-ion battery packs was tracked and recorded. Results show that Digatron electric vehicle battery test system(BTS) has advantages of high reliability, great functions and convenience and can be satisfy any test demand for EVs battery.
