《医疗事故处理条例》对487名临床医生心理状况的影响及对策

摘　　要：目的　了解临床医生在《医疗事故处理条例》实施后的工作环境及心理状况。方法　对 4 87名临床医生采用问卷方式进行调查。结果　 6 9 6 1%的医生曾遭受病人辱骂 ,32 2 4 %曾遭受病人行为攻击 ;75 5 6 %的医生自认为心理压力增大 ,4 1 6 9%自认为工作自信心下降。不同年龄、不同性别自信心下降比例间差别均有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5 )。结论　针对医疗行业的高风险性 ,医生必须提高法律意识 ,调整心理状态 ,提高技术水平 ,对病人增强人文关怀 ,融洽医患关系 ,以适应目前医疗环境 。Objective To investigate the medical practice environment and psychology of the doctors after the implementation of 'Medical Malpractice Handling Regulations'.Methods Questionnaire was conducted among 487 clinical doctors in September,2002.Results 69.61% of them met with patients′ verbal attack,32.24% physical attack and 75.56% complained about being under more psychological pressure while 41.69% gradually lost confidence in their own competence.There were significant differences in the rate of self-confidence decline between different ages and sexual distinction(P<0.05).Conclusion To handle the high risks of medical profession,doctors must improve their legal awareness,adjust themselves to the new situation and enhance the quality of medical service.Meanwhile,they are expected to show humane concern to develop a harmonious relationship between doctors and the patients,which is the requirement of the present situation and will benefit to the development of medical science.
