摘 要:目的 :探讨瞬态诱发耳声发射 (TEOAE)在新生儿听力筛查中的可行性及临床意义。方法 :对 12 6( 2 5 2耳 )名正常新生儿在出生后第 7天、第 3 0天及 3个月 ,分别进行TEOAE检查及ABR测试并对两者的结果进行科学分析。结果 :TEOAE通过率随着出生后时间的增长分别为 90 4%、96%、96 4%。与ABR结果对照其共同阳性率为 10 0 % ,共同阴性率分别是因为 3 %、97 5 %、97 9%。结论 :TEOAE是一种快速、敏感、无创、简便易行的听力筛查手段。Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical significance of hearing screening with transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) on neonates. Methods All 126(252) ears healthy newborns were tested with TEOAE and ABR 7 d, 30 d and 3 months after birth. The results of these two testing techniques were statistical analysis. Results The presence of TEOAE on day 7, day 30 and 3 months after birth were 90.4%, 96% and 96.4% respectively. The co-positivity and co-negativity of TEOAE to the ABR results were 93%, 97.5% and 97.9% respectively. Conclusion The TEOAE test has been proved to be a practical and objective tool for rapid and effective test performed in universal newborn hearing screening.
