摘 要:结果表明,生姜感染根结线虫后,叶片中的铁、锌含量降低,而硼、锰、铜含量升高,从而引起叶片黄化、植株早衰和根茎瘦小。在根茎膨大前期根茎中锌、铁含量的升高和硼元素含量的降低,为根结线虫的生长发育提供了良好的条件,是造成根茎疣裂的原因,根系中硼、铁、锌含量降低和铜含量升高则引起根系稀少和腐烂。病株对硼、铁、锰、铜、锌吸收总量的降低则表明根系对吸收这些营养元素能力的减弱。The results indicated that root-knot nematode infection reduced the concentration of Fe,Zn and increased B,Mn and Cu in leaves,which led to the yellow leaves,prematurely senile and thin rhizome of plant.However,at the fast swelling stage of rhizome,the infection increased rhizome Zn,Fe and decreased B concentration,which was favorable to the growth and development of root-knot nematode,and then brought about rhizome verruca and split.The lower concentration of B,Fe,Mn and higher Cu were the reason that caused roots sparse and rotten.The dropped total content of B,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in ginger plant indicated that the roots ability of absorption nutrition elements became feeble by root-knot nematode.
