摘 要:目的研究半叶马尾藻(SC)多糖体内抗肿瘤作用及其机制。方法观察SC多糖对S180小鼠瘤质(重)量、胸腺等免疫器官的影响及分别测定小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),丙二醛(MDA)的活性。结果SP可明显抑制S180小鼠瘤体的生长,腹腔注射SC150 mg/kg·b.w.,连续注射10 d,可使肿瘤抑制率达63.52%;小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX的活性分别由(350.76±31.34)NU/ml,(299.36±43.63)U增加到(487.76±16.67)NU/ml(P<0.01),(370.90±16.49)U(P<0.01);MDA由(9.46±1.77)nmol/ml降至(7.26±1.18)nmol/ml(P<0.05)。结论SC多糖可通过提高机体免疫功能和抗氧化能力从而抑制肿瘤的生长。Objective To study the anti-tumor effects of polysaccharide from Sargassum confusum in mice and explore the possible mechanisms. Methods Forty-five mice bearing transplanted tumor S180 were used to study the effects of polysaccharide on the tumor weight, thymus gland and spleen. The changes in serum contents of SOD, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were assayed. Results The polysaccharide from Sargassum confusum signifi- cantly inhibited the growth of S180 tumor in mice and enhanced the functions of the immune organs. SOD content and GSH-PX activity were significantly increased from 350.76±31.34 NU/ml, 299.36±43.63 U to 487.76±16.67 NU/ml,370.90±16.49 U(P<0.01), MDA content decreased from 9.46±1.77 nmol/ml to 7.26±1.18 nmol/ml in the serum after polysaccharide treatment. Conclusion The anti-tumor effect of the polysaccharide from Sargassum confusum can be attributed to improve functions of the immune organs and enhance anti-oxidative capacity in tumor-bearing mice.
