善胃Ⅰ号方对血瘀热毒型胃黏膜异型增生及表皮生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察中药善胃Ⅰ号方对血瘀热毒证型慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)胃黏膜异型增生的治疗效果及表皮生长因子 (EGF)在治疗前后的表达情况。方法　将内镜和病理确诊为CAG且符合中医血瘀热毒证型的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予善胃Ⅰ号方 ;对照组给予猴头菌片 ,两组均用药 12周。结果　治疗组在症状改善、总体疗效方面 (81% ,85 % )均优于对照组 (4 5 % ,2 9% ) ,P <0 .0 0 5 ;治疗组治疗前后病理恢复总有效率为 76 % ,对照组总有效率为 2 5 % ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗前后异型增生程度逆转方面显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;治疗组黏膜EGF表达治疗后显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与对照组相比显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　善胃Ⅰ号方对血瘀热毒证型CAG有良好的治疗作用 ,并在一定程度上可使异型增生程度逆转 。Objective It is to observe the effect of Shanwei Ⅰon heterotypic hyperplasia in chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) patients with blood stasis and heat-toxin and the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF).Methods Eighty-two patients with blood stasis and heat-toxin were divided into treatment group (were given Shanwei Ⅰ) and control group (were given Houtoujun tablets) randomly. All patients in two groups were treated for twelve weeks.Results There was obviously difference between the all observational items in treatment group and that in control group (P<0.005 or 0.05). Conclusion Shanwei Ⅰ has good effect on CAG patients with blood stasis and heat-toxin. It can reverse heterotypic hyperplasia degree and reduce the expression of EGF.
