氩绿激光联合疏血通治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察氩绿激光联合疏血通治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的疗效。方法　将 86例 86眼视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予激光联合疏血通治疗及单纯激光治疗 ,随访 6～ 15个月 ,比较两组治疗前后视力、眼底及荧光素眼底血管造影等变化情况。结果　治疗组视力进步、病变吸收速度及黄斑水肿改善等情况均优于对照组 ,差异有显著性。结论　激光联合疏血通治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞有较好效果 ,可明显改善病情、增进视力、缩短病程 。Objective It is to observe the effect of argon green laser combined with Shuxuetong on central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). Methods Eighty-six patients (eighty-six eyes) with CRVO were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with argon green laser combined with Shuxuetong, while the control group was treated with laser only. Followed up six to fifteen months, the changes of vision, fundus and fundus fluorescein angiography before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The vision advancement, absorb velocity of pathological changes and improvement of macular edema in treatment group were better than that in control group. The difference was marked.Conclusion Laser combined with Shuxuetong has better effect on CRVO. The therapeutics can significantly improve illness state, rise vision and shorten disease course. The therapeutics is worth to extend.
