摘  要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者的遗传因素与脑电地形图 (BEAM )异常率的关系。方法对 10 6例遗传组和 3 2 8例非遗传组精神分裂症的BEAM异常率进行分析。结果精神分裂症遗传组的BEAM异常率 ( 3 2 .0 8% )明显高于非遗传组 ( 18.5 9% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高发家系性病人的BEAM异常率 ( 5 9.2 6% )更高 ;先证者与家族患病者的血缘关系越近 ,BEAM异常率越高 ;病程越长 ,BEAM异常率也越高。BEAM改变以轻—中度异常为主 ,表现为额、颞区θ、δ频域功率增高 ,α频域功率的减弱或增高及 β频域功率的普遍减弱。 结论遗传因素与精神分裂症的BEAM异常率有关 ,异常率的高低与先证者血缘关系远近关系密切 ,BEAM的改变可为精神分裂症的异质性研究及器质性解释提供某些神经电生理的依据。Objective To investigate the relationship between hereditary factors and abnormal rate of BEAM of schizophrenia. MethodsAbnormal rate of BEAM of 106 hereditary and 328 non-hereditary schizophrenia patients were analyzed. ResultsThe BEAM abnormal rate of hereditary schizophrenia patients was significant higher than that of non-hereditary schizophrenia patients (P<0.05). The relation has positive correlation between probands and family members.The longer case course is,the higher BEAM abnormal rate is. BEAM shows low to moderate changes, especially including higher power of θ frequency and δ frequency on frontal and temporal, general lower power α frequency and β frequency. ConclusionsThe relationship between hereditary factors and abnormal rate of BEAM, the relationship between abnormal rate and proband’s consanguinity, abnormal rate of BEAM provides neuro-electro-biological basis for the heterogeneous research.
