摘　　要：目的探讨叶酸对抑郁症的辅助治疗作用。方法采用双盲对照法对 60例符合CCMD 3抑郁发作的患者随机分为两组 ,阿米替林合并安慰剂组和阿米替林合并叶酸组 ,治疗 8周 ,采用临床疗效总评量表 (CGI)、汉米顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)评定疗效 ,副反应量表 (TESS)评定副作用。结果两组患者在第 1、2、4周的HAMD评分研究组分别为 17.2 1± 2 .12 ,11.3 2± 4.17,6.69± 4.5 2 ;对照组分别为 2 0 .12± 1.0 3 ,16.14± 4.2 7,9.2 9± 4.2 8、CGI评分研究组分别为 3 .64± 0 .61,2 .83± 0 .5 3 ,2 .0 7± 0 .72 ;对照组分别为 4.0 1± 0 .71,3 .75± 0 .75 ,2 .83± 0 .68。两组比较有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,TESS评分无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论叶酸合并抗抑郁剂治疗起效快 ,副反应轻 ,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the plumentary therapeutic efficiency of folic acid for depression.Method In a double-blind control study,60 depressive patients fulfilled with CCMD-3 were randomly divided into two groups: one group (30 cases) treated with amitriptyline combined with folic acid for 8 weeks, the control group (30 cases) treated with amitriptyline combined with placebo for the same time as well. The therapeutic efficiency was evaluated with the Clinical Global Impression(CGI) and Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD), the side effect was treated with the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).ResultsThe score of HAMD in patients treated with amitriptyline combined with folic acid was much lower than in control group at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 4th week. No significant difference was found in score of TESS.ConclusionBeing a effective plumentary therapeutic drug , folic acid can contract the period of treatment for depression [
