抽动秽语综合征儿童行为问题及精神运动功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抽动秽语综合征儿童行为问题及精神运动功能。方法对 13 2例抽动秽语综合征儿童进行研究。结果抽动秽语综合征儿童存在不良行为问题 ,以共同的抑郁、交往不良、社交退缩、抑郁退缩因子及男性患儿的攻击性因子 (与女性相比 ,P <0 0 1)的异常率为突出 ,分别为 12 .88%、13 .64 %、13 .64 %、12 .88%、11.11% ;行为问题患儿存在精神运动功能缺陷 (与无行为问题患儿相比 ,P <0 0 1)。结论对抽动秽语综合征儿童 ,在药物治疗同时 ,应积极配合心理治疗 ,预防行为问题及精神运动功能缺陷的发生。ObjectiveTo explore the behavioral problem and psychomotor ability of children with tourette syndrome. Methods132 cases of children with tourette syndrome were studied. ResultsChildren with tourette syndrome have behavioral problems, the obvious problems are blaths, errand intercourse, the afraid of intercommunicate, dissociableness and the male children s aggressive behavior . Children with behavioral problems have psychomotor ability defect. ConclusionsThe children with tourette syndrome were provided with psychological intervention while were treated with medicine, which was very important for them to avoid the occurrence of behavioral problems and psychomotor ability defect.
