摘 要:把跨部门知识共享分解为知识寻找和知识转移,将跨部门知识转移理解为一个螺旋上升的动态过程,并建立了模型。从复杂知识的特点出发,深入分析了跨部门复杂知识转移的困难,然后将社会网络研究领域的强联系应用到跨部门复杂知识转移中,指出强联系部门拥有相对较强的知识表达、吸收理解能力,并能基于强联系实现部门间频繁、广泛、双向、及时、深入的知识交流与合作,从而能有效克服跨部门复杂知识转移的困难。It divides the process of sharing knowledge across organization subunits in a multiunit organization into two subsequent processes:searching knowledge and transferring knowledge,and analyzes the difficulties in transferring knowledge and the way to overcome them. It regards the process of knowledge transfer across organization subunits as a spiring dynamic process and presents a model for it. Then,it analyzes the difficulties caused by the characteristics of complex knowledge and puts out the concept of strong ties from social network research,concluding that the subunits with strong ties can effectively overcome the difficulties because they posses strong ability in expressing,acquiring and comprehending the complex knowledge,and can build proper mechanisms to promote frequent,abroad,two-way,timely and deeply knowledge communications.
