摘　　要：本文在吸收国内外人力资源管理成功经验的基础上 ,结合我国公共图书馆的具体情况 。On the base of absorbing the successful experiences of the management of the personnel resource at home and abroad this paper puts forward the audacious imagine and thinks in earnest with the concrete situation of the public libraries of our country.
