摘　　要：由于经济、政治、社会风气和文坛时尚等外部因素与温庭筠特有的个性、情感和才能相际会 ,温庭筠在扬州妓院和京师进士考场内外卖文 ,被人称为“以文为货”。尽管“以文为货”不是温庭筠所追求的 ,但是 ,“以文为货”对温庭筠创作的内容、思维方式乃至文风却产生了很深的影响 ,有着挑战传统文化的重要意义。As economic, politic, the general mood of society and the custom of literary circles meet with WEN Ting-yun's personality, feeling and his talent of literary and music, WEN Ting-yun could sell his compositions at prostitute institutes in Yangzhou city and to examinees in Changan capital. So he was said to be a mean man that sold his compositions. Vilification or fact, it's not WEN Ting-yun's final aim to sell his compositions. But, the conduct to sell his compositions not only deeply impinge on the content of his compositions, the mode of his thinking and the style of his compositions, but also prove of great significance and to challenging the traditional culture.
