摘　　要：余暇体育是近几年在高校风行的一种休闲运动 ,它来自大学生的健身和娱乐需求 ,能够满足他们身心健康、愉悦的需要 ,它的兴起为终身体育奠定了坚实的基础。阐述了高校余暇体育的特点及作用、终身体育及终身体育意识的培养、余暇体育与终身体育的相互关系。Leisure sports have unfolded a vigorous college campaign for sports,which can satisfy the students' bodybuilding and entertaining needs. The prosperity of leisure sports has laid solid foundation for lifelong sports. This paper expounds characteristics and functions of university leisure sports,the cultivation of lifelong sports and the relationship between leisure sports and lifelong sports.
