摘  要:研究了酚醛树脂的不同原料配比对麻毡板性能的影响。结果表明 :1)麻毡板的内结合强度随着 F/ P摩尔比的增加而增加 ,随尿素用量的增加而降低 ;在一定范围内 ,碱用量、甲基葡萄糖甙 ( TD)的用量对其影响不大。 2 )麻毡板的吸水厚度膨胀率随着 F/ P摩尔比的增加而减少 ,随着碱、尿素、甲基葡萄糖甙用量的增加而增加。适宜的原料配比为 :尿素量在树脂总量的 4 % ,F/ P摩尔比为 2 .0 ,Na OH/ P摩尔比为 0 .0 6 ,甲基葡萄糖甙在树脂总量的 4 %。The authors studied the effects of the mole ratio of formaldehyde to phenol (F/P) and the dosage of additives including sodium hydroxide, urea and methyl glucoside on the properties of kenaf felt boards, Results indicated that: 1) The IB of kenaf felt boards could be improved by raising the F/P mole ratio and the dosage of sodium hydroxide, whereas it decreased with the increase of urea, and it was little influenced by methyl glucoside to a certain degree. 2) The TS of kenaf felt boards declined with an increase in the F/P mole ratio. However, it increased while adding sodium hydroxide, urea and methyl glucoside. 3) The optimal concentration of urea was less than 4% of the amount of resin, the mole ratio of F/P and NaOH/P was 2.0 and 0.06 respectively, and the ratio of methyl glucoside to phenol should be less than 4%.
