布氏菌破碎程度对其外膜蛋白提取的影响

摘　　要：在提取外膜蛋白的过程中,超声波击碎布氏菌细胞是简单易行的起始步骤,所以人们极易忽视它所要求的科学性。我们发现菌细胞的浓度要有一定范围,破裂程度又要求有一定的限度,这是保证布氏菌不同组分的外膜蛋白在不同批次的提取中均能被恒定地提出的首要前提。Objective law is commonly negligent in the procedure of extraction of the Omp in Brucella because of its simplicity.It was found that the concentration of the suspension of the bacterial cells and the level ofthe disrupted cells must be controlled within a certain limitation.This is important to obtain a constant overall substance of the Omps and a stable profiles of SDS-PAGE of the Omps in the different batches in Brucella.
