摘  要:在二元环湖精体系中采用毛细管电泳法测定了β 环糊精与中性化合物的结合常数.在磷酸盐缓冲溶液浓度10mM,硫酸化环糊精的浓度为2.5mM,pH为7.20的条件下,测得的β 环糊精与1 萘酚和2 萘酚的结合常数分别为80.50M-1,720.99M-1,519.00M-1,并将比测定值与光谱法测定值进行了比较.结果表明,本文采用的方法快速可靠,适用于测定中性环糊精与中性化合物的结合常数.A simple method for studying stoichiometric binding of-cyclodextrin with neutral compounds has been described, which is based on the observation of electrophoretic mobility shifts of thesolute in a dual cyclodextrin system by capillary electrophoresis. Under the conditions of 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.20, sulfonated β-cyclodextrin of 2.5 mM, the binding constants of β-cyclodextrin with 1-naphthylamine, 1-naphthol, and 2-naphthol are 80.50 M^(-1), 720.99 M^(-1), and 519.00 M^(-1), respectively. These data are in an excellent agreement with those obtained byspectrometry method. The results from this preliminary study show that affinity capillary electrophoresis is fast and reliable, and can be used to measure the binding constants between neutral cyclodextrins and neutral compounds.
