摘　　要：我国档案人员信息素质的现状不容乐观 ,不能适应档案信息产业化发展的需要。档案人员信息素质培养的内容 ,主要包括信息意识的培养和信息能力的培养。为此 ,管理部门应积极搭建数字平台。Currently the information quality of our country's file personnel situation allows of no optimism. It can not meet the needs of industrialization of file information. The training of information quality of file personnel mainly includes the cultivation of information consciousness and the information competence.
