舌癌的螺旋CT诊断(附13例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨舌癌的螺旋CT表现及其CT诊断的价值。方法　对 13例经活检或手术病理证实的舌癌患者均行螺旋CT平扫 ,其中 6例作增强扫描。结果　平扫 13例中 ,除舌外形的改变外 ,病灶区均有密度改变。增强扫描病灶区均有不同程度强化。 13例中有 6例颌下或颈淋巴结肿大。结论　螺旋CT对舌癌的诊断及了解病灶范围、淋巴结转移价值较高 ,对临床治疗方案的制定有重要指导意义。Objective To study spiral CT features and its values in diagnosis of tongue cancer. Methods 13 patients with tongue cancer proven by biopsy or pathological examination after operation were given non-contrast CT scans, 6 of them received contrast scanning. Results Besides the changes of the tongue outward appearance, all the foci had density changes in 13 patients with non-contrast scans. The foci areas in patients with non-contrast scanning were intensified at different degree. 6 of the 13 cases had got submaxillary or lymphonodi cervicales swelling. Conclusion Spiral CT is of great value in diagnosis of tongue cancer and in judgment of the focus area and the lymphatic metastasis. It plays an important role in guiding the clinical treatment.
