摘　　要：本文报告了经视神经颈内动脉间隙显微手术切除视交叉前置型垂体大腺瘤13例,其中全切除1例,次全切除6例,大部切除5例,部分切除1例。术后均获视力改善。本文着重讨论了有关局部显微解剖、手术方法及技术要点。Thirteen cases of pituitary macroadenomas with prefixed chiasms were removed microsurgical-ly with the approaches between optic nerve and carotid artery.Among them 1 case was totally removed,6 subtotal,5 largely partial and 1 partial respectivally.After the operation,all the patients got some degrees of visual recovery.The related microanatomy of sella region,surgical method and technique were discussed also.
