对精神分裂症病人有关性问题的研究

摘　　要：总共191例病人完成了本项研究,其中男130例、女61例。结果表明191例病人中有116例存在性功能障碍,其中性欲减退和性乐高潮缺乏的发生率,女性均显著高于男性。191例病人中有性变态者11例。本研究结果显示精神分裂症病人性功能障碍和性变态的发生与精神疾病、性本能的压抑、夫妻关系不融洽和家庭关系不协调等多种因素有关。An investigation and analysis were completed in 191 patients (male 130,female 61) with schizophrenics.The results showed that 161 of the 191 schizophrenics had sexual dysfunction.The incidences of frigidity and anorgasmy in female were more significant than male.Eleven of the 191 patients appeared sex perversion.It was suggested that the sexual dysfunction was associated with many factors,including psychosis,sexual repression,bad relationship between husband and wife,as well as their family condition.
