摘　　要：数理逻辑的诞生给普通逻辑带来了严峻的挑战,对于普通逻辑的命运,学术界展开了激烈的论争,产生了"取代论"和"吸收论"等不同的观点。只有坚持客观辩证的态度,澄清逻辑现代化的内涵、普通逻辑的学科特点、普通逻辑的现实意义等相关问题,才能正确地探讨普通逻辑的命运。The birth of the mathematical logic brought about severe challenges to the general logic, for its fortune, the heated arguments were made and different points of view, such as arguments of substitution and absorption, and so on, came into being in the academic circle. In order to correctly inquire into the fortune of the general logic, the article considers that we have to clear up the following questions objectively and dialectically: what is the intension of logic modernization, what are the subject character and actual significance of the general logic.
