垂体微腺瘤立体定位法与经蝶显微手术体会(附40例分析)

摘　　要：本文提出了一种经济可靠的微腺瘤诊断及瘤体立体定位方法(包括蝶鞍侧位片及CT轴面薄层增强扫描加冠、矢状重建),能够直接而确切显示微腺瘤在鞍内的方位及其与鞍底和蝶窦的立体关系。经对40例垂体微腺瘤的应用,显示此法定位准确、可靠。根据定位资料进行手术,均取得优良效果,术后内分泌及CT随访均痊愈或好转,无死亡,无严重合并症及垂体功能低下。In this report, we put forward an economicand reliable method of diagnosing and location ofpituitary microadenoma stereoscopically (includingsellar lateral X-ray film and CT axial contrast scanwith coronal and sagittal reconstructions). Thismethod can demonstrate the tumor position withinsellar and its relation with sellar floor and sphe-noidal sinus directly and exactly. By using thismethod in 40 cases of pituitary microadenomas, itshows that this method is exact and reliable. Aco-cording to the location data of the microadenoma,operations were performed on these patients with agood result. All patients got improvement on en-docrine function and CT appearance postoperativelywithout fatality and severe complication.
