摘  要:目的 研究三磷酸胞苷二钠 (CTP)对局灶性脑缺血大鼠海马 CA3区神经元形态学的影响。方法 选取 SD大鼠 60只 ,随机分为脑缺血自然恢复组、药物干预组和假手术对照组。采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉脑缺血大鼠模型 ,应用 HE染色方法观察海马 CA3区神经元形态学的变化。结果 给予 CTP干预后 ,脑缺血大鼠海马 CA3区完整锥体细胞数目与自然恢复组相比明显增多。结论  CTP具有支持神经元存活 ,增加神经元的抗缺血能力 ,促进半暗带区神经细胞功能的恢复。Objective To study the effects of sodium cytidine triphosphate (CTP) on the morphology of neurons in the hippocampal subfields CA 3of rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Methods 60 SD rats were divided randomly into natural recovering group, CTP-treated group and sham-operated control group. Unilateral cerebral ischemia was induced in rats by permanent occlusion of the distal middle cerebral artery. The morphology of neurons was examined by HE staining techniques. Results The number of normal pyramidal cell in the hippocampal subfields CA 3of rats with focal cerebral ischemia were increased compared with natural recovering group after CTP treatment. Conclusions This study suggests that CTP can support the cellular living, improve the ability of the neurons to resist ischemia and promote the recovery of neural dysfunction around the necrotic areas.
