摘 要:为改进肿瘤的微波热疗,本文研究辐射场条件下,亚铁磁共振的升温效应,测量了共振介质单晶颗粒和多晶粉末的共振升温曲线,并进一步在模拟肌肉,鸡蛋清以及小鼠体内测量了亚铁磁共振升温和单纯微波加热的差别。从中可看出亚铁磁共振升温可以在穿透深度、加热的选择性和温度分布等方面改进肿瘤的微波热疗。同时指出,亚铁磁共振升温系统的功能有很大的开发潜力,有可能在此基础上实现磁导向热疗,磁导向化疗,放疗和免疫治疗的多种方法联合来治疗肿瘤。在讨论中也指出其不足之处。<ABSTRACT> To improve microwave hyperthermia in cancer therapy the temperatu- re elevation effects by ferrimagnetic resonance during microwave irradia- tion were studied. The resonant temperature e1evation curves of single crystal and polycrystal powder of resonant mediuam were measured. Further- more,the temperature elevation curves of resonant media placed in imita- tive muscle, egg white and mouse bodies were also investigated. The results indicqted that the temperature elevation by ferrimagnetic resonance could be used to improve penetration deepness, heating selecti- vity and temperature distribution of miccrowave hyperthermia in cancer treatment. It is expected that the potential functions of the ferrimagnetic resonance heating system will be exp1oited greatly in cancer therapy, and then magnetically guided microwave hyperthermia therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy may be realized within this system Limitation of resonant heating is also discussed.
