摘 要:采用渐变尺度的空间结构度量方法对北京市房山区平原地区建设用地的空间格局进行了定量化测度分析,结果表明: ①建设用地斑块中有33%在局部空间上高密度聚集分布,相邻斑块之间的距离在50m~150m范围之内;其余大部分建设用地相邻斑块之间的距离在150m~700m间不等,在空间上弥散分布; ②研究区居民点及工矿用地的分布与公路存在较强的空间相关,城镇、农村居民点、独立工矿用地相对于"公路交通网"聚集分布的程度具有一定的差异,其中城镇和农村居民点用地对公路聚集分布的程度明显高于独立工矿用地; ③在"城市放射交通干线"的影响范围内,居民点及工矿用地的分布与放射交通干线具有空间相关性,放射交通干线对居民点及工矿用地的分布具有一定的"轴向"聚集和辐射效应。This paper is aimed at the spatial pattern of non-agricultural land change in the urban fringe of Beijing and the Fangshan District is taken as an area for case study.Variable clumping method supported by GIS is used to make quantitative analysis on the spatial pattern of non-agricultural land in the area.The used data roots in the result databases of national land resources surveys in Fangshan district in 2000 and the land use data (scale level, 1:50 000) in 2000 and the road network data from land use changing surveys in 2001.The results are as follows:1) There are about 33 percent of those patches of non-agricultural land which are distributed in very high density,the intervals of them are between 50m and 150m.The others are not distributed so closely and the patch distances are varied from 150m to 700m; 2)Nearly all the patches of non-agricultural land in the study area are distributed in the road network.It is very obvious that the distribution is spatially related to those roads.The amount of land for non-agricultural use in the belts with a fixed width of 50m tends to be smaller as the distance of the belts from roads gets bigger.The decreasing is different among land for town use,land for scattered residential use and land for scattered industrial use; 3)The distribution of non-agricultural land in their buffer zones is spatially related to those arterial highways radiating from the central city to some extent.It indicates that those main traffic lines have the corridor effects on land for non-agricultural use.The amount of land for non-agricultural use inside 2kms buffer zones from both sides of Jing-Zhou and Jing-Shi and Jing-Bao roads accounts for percent 50.67 of total study area, which reflects these traffic main lines have the 'axis' congregate and radiation domino effects on land for non-agricultural use.In the marginal regions of megalopolis, spatial distribution characters and rules of lands for non-agricultural use have the important effects on landscape structures of city.On the definite spa
