赛莱乐注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察赛莱乐注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)性眩晕的疗效。方法　对 82例VBI眩晕患者随机分成 42例赛莱乐治疗组和 40例对照组 (西比灵治疗 ) ,对比观察二者的疗效。结果　治疗组与对照组比较总有效率有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　赛莱乐治疗VBI性眩晕疗效肯定。Objectives To observe the effect of Buflomedic hydrochloride on vertebro-basilar transient ischemic vertigo (VBTIV). Methods 82 patients with VBTIV were divided into 2 groups randomly. Forty-two patients with VBTIV were selected as experimental group and treated with Sailaile. Forty patients were selected as control subjects and treated with Sibelium. Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Sailaile has affirmative therapeutic effect on VBTIV.
