摘　　要：分析了增益平坦滤光片的工作原理,提出其性能参数和指标要求,并以OIC2001的目标曲线为例,利用针法膜系自动设计并结合遗传算法和隧穿法等膜系优化设计方法,设计出与目标曲线基本一致的膜系结构。The principle of gain flattening filter is analyzed and its working parameters and specification is discussed. According to the aiming curve of OIC 2001, the film construction with the curve same as the aim is reported by the combination of needle method, generic algorithm and tunneling optimization method.
