用刃厚皮片皮囊为充填物治疗真性颞下颌关节强直的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的　观察刃厚皮片皮囊作为充填物的真性颞下颌关节强直的临床疗效。方法　通过对 2 1例临床病例的随访 ,采用测量术前 ,术后开口度 ,开口型 ,摄x线片等评价疗效 ,以颞合关节的功能为评价标准。结果　全部病例均痊愈出院 ,有 2例出院时开口度分别为 14mm和 18mm ,其余开口度均在 3 0mm以上 ,三个月后复查时 ,咬合关系基本正常 ,所有病例均随访 3年 ,有 1例发生复发 ,两例张口度为 2 1mm ,其余张口度均达到 3 0mm ,手术效果满意。Objective To study the effects of using Thiersh skin gap as insertion to treat the ankylosis of temporomandibular joint(TMJ).Methods 21 cases were followed up for 3 years, the degress and model of mouth opening pre-operation and post-operation were evaluated and the x-ray films were also measured。The evaluation of the results of surgical treatments was based on the TMJ functions.Results One case was recurred, in 2 of 21 cases the degress of mouth opening improved up to 21mm,in 18 of 21cases the degress of mouth opening improved up to 30mm.Conclusions The means of using Thiersh skingap as insertion to treat TMJ is a good and easy approach.
