摘　　要：目的　探索肿瘤血管介入治疗的配合及护理。方法　对 5 9例不同肿瘤患者按介入目的、方法、介入部位 ,准备好各种型号的导丝、导管、及其它器械物品 ,并根据术中需要及时给予更换合适的器械 ,协助医生进行药物灌注或栓塞。介入中密切观察病情及时处理变化。结果　 5 9例肿瘤血管介入治疗经医生精心操作 ,护理密切配合 ,获得顺利完成。结论　熟悉各种肿瘤介入治疗所需的器械物品、操作过程 ,做好术前准备 ,术中紧密配合 。Objective To inverstigate the alliance and nursing of intravascular interventional treatment of tumors.Methods Preparing for silk,tubes and other apparatus and articles for 59 patients with different tumors according to purpose,ways,location of interventiong.Changing suitable,apparatus in operation and assisting doctors pour medicine into bodies or embolism.Obersing state of illness and treating it in time.Results Intrayascular in terventional treatment of tumors were completed sussessfuly in 59 patients by doctor's meticulous opertion and nurse's care.Conclusions Being familiar with all kinds of apparatus and articles needed in operation and process of operting,preparing preoperative,matching in operation were important links to complete interventional treatment of tumors sussessfully.
