摘　　要：观察莪术油微球经肝动脉灌注栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。选择 6 1例原发性肝癌患者 ,分为莪术油微球介入治疗组和化学药物介入对照组 ,采取同期、非随机对照研究。所有入选病例均采用Seldinger方法插管治疗。治疗组给予莪术油微球经肝动脉灌注栓塞 ;对照组给予常规三联化疗药 +碘油 +明胶海棉。每 1～ 1 5月治疗 1次。观察治疗后癌灶、AFP、肝功能和生存质量、生存期、中医证候等变化情况。结果 :治疗组与对照组治疗后在缩小瘤体和总体生存时间方面的治疗作用无显著性差异 ;AFP变化程度类似 ,无显著性差异 ;治疗组副反应轻 ,生存质量较好。提示莪术油微球经肝动脉灌注栓塞治疗原发性肝癌有一定的疗效。To observe the clinical efficacy of Oleum Curcumae Aromaticae micro-globule in the treatment of primary liver cancer through hepatic artery perfusion and embolism, 61 subjects were divided into two groups: treatment group in which the micro-globule was given and control group in which triple therapy (MMC+ADM+DDP) and iodized oil and gelfoam were given, once one to one and a half month. The tumor size, AFP, liver function, life quality and survival period were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, there were no differences between treatment and control groups in tumor size,survival period, AFP levels; but there was no side effect and higher life quality in treatment group.
