摘　　要：运用经方“桃核承气汤”治疗化脓性阑尾炎、中毒性菌痢、术后吸收热和肝硬化腹水感染高热并消化道出血等急危重症。证明热结膀胱并非仅指膀胱经腑病症 ,凡下焦瘀热 ,“但少腹急结者” ,均可加减运用桃核承气汤治疗。Taohe Chengqi Decoction”, a classic formula, was used to treat suppurative appendicitis, toxic dysentery, post-operative absorbing fever, liver cirrhosis ascites with high fever and digestive hemorrhage. It is proven that “Taohe Chengqi Decoction” can treat various conditions resulting from blood-stasis and heat in the lower energizer.
