摘　　要：目的探讨研究生新生心理健康状况及其与人格的关系,为研究生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔人格问卷(16PF)对华南地区某农科高校研究生373名进行调查。结果被试SCL-90总分超过160分的研究生占总人数的22.93％,SCL-90的总分和因子分性别差异均无显著性,SCL-90总分与16PF的多数因素有显著性相关。结论研究生新生的心理健康教育值得重视,人格的培养和完善有利于促进其心理健康。Objective To Study the mental health of fresh persons of postgraduates and its relationship to the personality, and to provide the basis for their mental health education. Methods Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF)were adopted to survey 373 fresh postgraduates in one agricultural university in South China.Results 22.93% of them had total score over 160 in SCL-90.There was no significant difference between males and females but significant correlation between SCL-90 and most factors of 16PF. Conclusion The mental health of fresh postgraduates should be strengthened and can be improved through the cultivation of personality.
