摘　　要：目的调查大学生吸烟状况,探讨吸烟对大学生血压的影响,以便为开展大学生控烟健康教育提供理论依据。方法对安徽理工大学学生2 137人进行吸烟问卷调查,随机选取日吸烟量≥10支男性大学生34例为吸烟组,不吸烟者31例为对照组。行24 h动态血压监测。结果大学生总吸烟率为40.2％,男生吸烟率为58.2％,女生吸烟率为9.8％。男生日吸烟量≥10支者占男生吸烟总人数的38.6％。24 h动态血压监测显示,吸烟组24 h、日间及夜间平均血压均高于不吸烟组,日间血压相差非常显著(P<0.005);24 h血压波动曲线图显示,吸烟组血压高于不吸烟组,分时段相差显著、相差不显著以及部分时段血压不稳定3个阶段;吸烟组吸烟时心率显著高于不吸烟组。结论大学生吸烟率高,吸烟可致正常血压者血压升高及心率加快,尤其舒张压升高更为明显,应采取有效措施禁止学生吸烟。Objective To investigate the prevalence of smoking among college students, to study the effects of smoking on blood pressure of students, and to provide basis for implementing health education on cigarette control among college students. Methods A smoking questionnaire survey was performed among 2 137 college students in Anhui University of Science and Technology. A 24h- Ambulatory Blood Pressure (AMBP) monitoring was conducted among thirty-four smokers and thirty-one nonsmokers. Results The total rate of smoking was 40.2%, the rate was 58.2% for males and 9.8% for females respectively. Among male smokers, those who smoking more than 10 cigarettes accounted for 38.6%. Smoking group had significantly higher 24h, diurnal and nocturnal average blood pressure than nonsmoking group (P < 0.01), the 24h-AMBP profiles showed that the 24h-systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were higher in smoking group than in nonsmoking group, significant differences were found at different stages and unstable part-stages. The heart rate (HR) was significantly higher in smoking group than in nonsmoking group (P< 0,01). Conclusion The prevalence of cigarette smoking was higher among college students. Smoking might raise blood pressure and heart rate in normotensive students. So, effective measures should be taken to forbid smoking in students.
