摘 要:利用双功能混合催化剂上含氮合成气直接制二甲醚的宏观动力学方程,对年产10万t二甲醚的管壳式固定床反应器进行模拟。模拟结果显示管壳式固定床反应器可以在保持CO较高转化率及较高二甲醚选择性的条件下,降低反应器的热点温度,为管壳式固定床反应器应用于大规模的二甲醚工业化生产提供一定的依据。从模拟结果显示,反应器管径Ф38×2mm,管长5.8m,反应压力5MPa,冷却水温240℃,原料气进口温度220℃较适宜。The model of pipe-shell reactor was established based on the model of global kinetics of synthesis dimethyl ether from syngas containing N_2 using bifunctional catalyst. The results of simulation showed the conversion of CO was able to reach higher and the hot spot in the pipe-shell reactor was lowered to the limited temperature. The suitable diameter of the pipe was Ф38×2 mm, the length of the pipe was 5.8 m. The process conditions of the reactor are as follows: the pressure was 5 MPa, the temperature of the cool water was 240 ℃, the temperature of the inlet of the reactor was 220 ℃. The production of this reactor was 102 800 tons every year under these conditions.
