摘　　要：目的　了解武汉市居民亚健康状况的分布情况 ,对亚健康状况的分布和影响因素进行分析。方法　采用经过专家咨询后自行设计的统一的调查问卷 ,在取得社区工作者支持的基础上对武汉市某小区进行入户调查。结果　居民中亚健康状况相当普遍 ,且女性比男性更易发生亚健康。Objective To study the distribution and affecting factors on subhealth of community residents. Methods Questionnaire was applied to the residents in their family. Results The subhealth status was very common in residents, female risks subhealth higher than male. Conclusion People should pay more attention on the subhealth and take positive action to promote life quality.
