亚甲蓝外周神经干注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛63例

摘　　要：目的 :探讨和总结亚甲蓝对原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果。方法 :在 6 3例原发性三叉神经痛患者患支周围神经干处注射亚甲蓝 1mL ,通过随访观察其止痛效果。结果 :注射后患者均有局部胀痛 ,注射区均有不同程度感觉障碍 ,局部感觉迟钝。 1～ 3个月后麻木感消失。 1个月后复诊 ,5 2例疼痛消失 ,9例疼痛缓解 ,有效率 97% ,6个月后随访 5 7例 ,症状复发 4例 ,复发率 7% ,3年对 5 0例进行随访 ,疼痛复发 11例 ,复发率 2 2 %。结论 :亚甲蓝治疗三叉神经痛方法简单、安全、效果肯定 。Objectice :To investigate and summarize the rapeutic efficacy of methylenum coeruleum to trige minal neuralgia .Meth ods:The peripheral trige minal nerve trunk of 63 cases suffering from trigeminal neuralgia were injected methylenum coeruleum . Results:There were different degree of distending pain and sensorydisabilitypresentedintheinjectedpositionafterinjection .The numbnessdisappearedafter 1to 3month .Returnvisitexaminationafter 1monthshowedthatpainof 5 2casesdisappearedand 9 casesremitted ,remissionratewas 97% .5 7caseswerefollowed -upsurveyedafter 6months,4casesrecurredandrecurrencerate was 7% .5 0caseswerefollowed -upsurveyedafter 3years,11casesrecurredandrecurrenceratewas2 2 % .Conclusions :The methodwithmethylenumcoeruleumtreatingtrigeminalneuralgiaissimple ,safeandeffective,nervedamageisreversible.
